CGHC Customer Services is open from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, to assist with your questions. Call volume continues to be extremely high, and we appreciate your patience. We are working hard to address this issue and provide you with a high level of service.
Initial Invoicing & Binding Payment
Once enrolled, we will send you an invoice and confirmation letter. Your first payment must be made before your coverage goes into effect.
Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative (CGHC) must receive your payment by the 20th day of each month of coverage. Payments received after the 20th of each month of coverage will be overdue. For example, payments must be received by March 20, 2014 in order for your payment to be considered on time for the coverage month of April, 2014. If payment for the very first month of coverage becomes overdue, coverage will not begin and you must reenroll.

Once you have completed your enrollment it can take up to three (3) business days for your information to be updated in our systems. If you have made your first payment, you can expect your Welcome Packet to be mailed within two weeks.
